Return & Refund Policy

At UAE Perfume Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with seals intact
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Eyewear and accessories may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Processing Time

Please allow adequate time for inspection and processing once your returned product reaches our facility.
