Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across all major cities and regions within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other emirates.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE delivery on all orders above AED 199 across the UAE. Orders below this amount are charged a standard delivery fee starting from AED 15.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all UAE orders. A small additional fee of AED 10 may apply for COD orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 3–5 business days
- Sharjah & Ajman: 3–6 business days
- Other Emirates: 4–7 business days
Express delivery options may be available in selected areas and can deliver within 1–3 business days.

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
